Refund / Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on our experiences or Vouchers if you’ve just changed your mind and don’t want it. At the discretion of Go Wild At The Warren, an alternative experience may be offered if the recipient does not want the received gift voucher experience.

You may make one change of date on your experience. Changes must be made no later than 5 days before your experience is due to be taken.

Vouchers must be redeemed and the experience taken within the 10 months validity period from the date of purchase. At the discretion of the management a standard £35 fee will be charged for a 3 month extension to your voucher. The 3 month extension must be redeemed and the experience taken within the 3 month extension period.

If you cancel or no show on your experience you will not be entitled to a refund.

Refund Policy

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift cards that have the full purchase value remaining.

To return a gift card, please email the voucher help to vouchers@gowildatthewarren.co.uk to register your request for a refund. Once you have registered your refund. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase.

Receiving your refund

Once the voucher refund has been agreed, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase.
